"...mindfulness in principle, I think it's great. We need to be more present in the moment. But it may be misconstrued as being more in your head. I think that we should eliminate the word mindfulness and switch it to breathfulness. If you're focusing on your breathing, you can stop thoughts...by concentrating on your breathing, your body suddenly rises up and says I want to be involved in what's taking place. It's a much better way to ground oneself in the moment."
