Deeper Well~Dweller #19

Tim, Immersionist

“…walking into the sea, and getting out into the waves and taking a board out and riding the waves is probably one of the most profound kinds of daily life-changing experiences one can have. Because of the fluency of it…The ocean is a monster exemplar of flow. And so if you choose to head out into the sea, out farther where the larger waves and bigger creatures are, there’s a sense of adventure and immersion that is quite profound. And there's risk involved. So it's a heightened sensuality that’s remarkable.” & “Aliveness. How you carry that sense of aliveness into your explorations. And the vitality with which you explore things. It’s a really crucial component in terms of your own explorations, your own wanderings and journeys… And how far you go in terms of digging in, and excavating, and exploring those hidden worlds and the opportunities you have. Which might be literal, physical, geographical, geological, [but] can also be metaphorical or deeper in terms of your own state [of being]… We all have it, it's [just] not all as activated or as enlarged.”
