I believe that one of the ways, rather than [with] the hammer and chisel ~ although sometimes we have to go through times when the diamond needs to be cut and polished ~ I believe it's loving kindness that calls it forth...and also transmits it to others. So the way that we show up and project on the outside what's on the inside is by finding a medium of expression. And loving kindness seems to be a very beautiful medium for portraying the beauty that lives on the inside."
