A source of poetic remedies, for your mental, emotional, energy or spirit body. Balms to tonics. To ease, soothe or vivify your inner being.

A tradition that goes back to ancient times, using the poetic arts for healing. Something I spoke to in a radio interview at Rider University, on "Poetry & Health."

The alchemy of my deep intuition and decades of experience in the poetic arts (from the link, scroll down to my background) have enabled me to prescribe written, voiced or visual poems that address a need or support a path outside the purely physical. Many have also been touched by, frequently inspirited and uplifted by original poetry I've made expressly for them.

I prescribe across a spectrum of challenges, from loss to stress, self appreciation to living in the moment. Likewise, around opportunities, especially ways to raise to a higher level the current of your well-being.

I welcome one-on-one consults. The cost is $140. Sendable at the start, once you're ready to engage.

For individuals, we begin by you sharing with me the essential nature of your self, and of your issue. Using the form below. Or by sending me a voice clip with the answers to the various questions. So I can glean into what you're feeling, experiencing, within. What help you're seeking right now. Or what encouragement. Or if there's something you'd like to strengthen, or deepen.

There may be one to several existing written, voiced or visual poems I can prescribe that work wonders. Infusions of a kind. Usually in your hands within a week to 10 days. That you can can whenever needed.

For groups. I work in person, and online, with smaller circles (15 to 30 people) who'd like to come together for a shared, 1-1/2 to 2-hour immersive  experience. I shape each session around the particular areas they're interested in focusing on.
