the bodies and spirits you meet that glow like paper lanterns

Witness the radiance of aliveness

in the faces and voices of people you know

or chance to encounter.

listen while you read

Live from the Under World

Below paved earth,

on platforms,

in carriages:

a man rioted

in stripes,

shirt, jacket, tie,

radiates

in all directions.

Another man,

sheathed in yellow silk,

soft yellow shoes,

ebony skin,

glows

like a paper lantern.

The arms

of a long-bearded man

are sleeved

in tattoos of eyes,

flowers, startled faces,

horned figures.

Among others,

in these light

and dark tunnels,

where the outer world

transits in many masks,

moods and costumes

through the City's

under world.

a thought

If one person can gleam

through their body, their spirit,

it's possible for each of us to shine.

a QUESTION

When in your travels through life have you met naturally incandescent people? What ones are part of your life or work now? How do you feel around them? What do they evoke in you? And what is it that sets you alight, aglow, in visible ways?

a Call to experience

Seek out all beaconers of wellbeing. Bask in their company. Let their luster feed yours. And see what happens when you're greatly beaconing through your day, through the world. How it changes the molecules.
